  • Eat Wild The clearinghouse for information about pasture-based farming. Great resource.
  • Nielsen-Massey Vanilla The very best vanilla, from concentrated paste to powders and extracts. I know this family and they really care.
  • The Eat Well Guide Eat Well Guide is a free, online directory of family farms, restaurants, food co -ops, farmers markets and other purveyors of local foods
  • The Mozzarella Company The place to purchase handmade mozzarella, scamorza and more from cheese legend Paula Lambert.
  • Theo Chocolate This Seattle company has won lots of fancy food awards for the exotic flavors of their chocolates. And they are currently the only Fair Trade, organic chocolate roaster in the country. Love them!
