Jamaica Nudge

The traditional flavors of the Caribbean are served up in this warming variation on an Irish coffee. The Jamaica Nudge is the perfect tree-trimming, holiday party beverage.
Makes 1 serving
- 4 to 6 ounces strong black coffee
- 1 ounce Kahlua
- 1 ounce Bacardi Gold rum
- 1 tablespoon whipped cream
- Pinch of ground allspice or nutmeg
- Pour the coffee into a mug. Add the alcohol and stir to mix. Top with whipped cream and a dusting of allspice.
