Thanksgiving Cocktails

Thanksgiving is often a long day in the kitchen (or in front of the TV, depending on your skill set). So, at my place, there is always some kind of special beverage on hand to lighten the toil (couch-potato, or otherwise). Either way, you will definitely be thankful when you get your hands on one of these.
And take note of the ingredients I’ve recommended. PAMA (pomegranate liqueur) is one of the most appealing and versatile new cocktail ingredients to come along in years. It REALLY tastes like pomegranate juice and gives any cocktail a beautiful, rosy blush. You can find more recipes using PAMA in my cocktail book, The Backyard Bartender.
TRU organic vodka gratifies that part of me that wants natural and organic—while still craving an elegant cocktail, on occasion. They’ve done a stellar job at crafting a bright, clean vodka that also comes in two delicate infusions: vanilla and lemon.
