I loved all the pickled products there and would have loved to stop by this shop.I actually found your post searching for turkish canning recipes. Each spring I make a schedule of all the canning and freezing I want to do for the season and would really like to try making my own turkish peppers. Please let me know if you know of any websites or books that might have this information.
